Mission Statement: The mission of the Cabarrus Spay Neuter Clinic is to provide low-cost sterilization services as a non-lethal solution to the companion pet overpopulation dilemma. Within our overall mission, the Surgical Team's mission is to perform surgical sterilizations on our feline and canine patients in a humane manner, while keeping the stress, pain and risk of the anesthetic and surgical complications as minimal as possible. We provide the most up-to-date pre-, intra- and post-operative care of each individual patient while they are in our hands. Our Vision: The Cabarrus Spay Neuter Clinic will be known for delivering the highest level of quality in everything we do. We will be role models for the community, living our character values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. We will enrich the lives of our employees, volunteers, and participants, by providing a premiere work place, exceptional client service, and innovative programs. Our platform is a new paradigm for animal welfare. We challenge the conventional definition of compassion and benevolence. We work with a broader definition of what it means to be humane. We recognize that the best defense against companion animal population is sterilization. Our mission is not simply to reduce companion animal overpopulation, but to end it.
